This is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. I have always struggled with feeding off the emotions of my surroundings. This became even more apparent to me over the last 6 months. It’s amazing how the people you surround yourself with can really affect you. Having a positive mindset is key to a happy and successful life.   • Think of at least one thing you’re grateful for when you wake up
  • Thank your home for providing shelter and warmth
  • Meditate
  • Remove negative/toxic people from your life
  • Always get a good night of sleep
  • Having a dog (my dogs always boost my mood even on the worst days!)
