When I get my FabFitFun box it seriously feels like Christmas morning! It took me forever to get on board with this box due to all the hype and that it costs $50 which is the most expensive box I subscribe to. I finally pulled the trigger on this pasts springs box and all I can say is “why didn’t I do this sooner”!!! This box is packed full of full size beauty products and they are all awesome. I’m going to review this summer box and at the bottom of this post you’ll find my link to purchase and a few $10 off codes! #fabfitfunaffiliate
For these boxes if you have the base plan like I do then you get to customize 3 items. The first item I chose was the Burn 60 Resistance Bands. I’ve been trying to work out some more and had already been wanting some resistance bands. I’m no expert on these but they seem high quality and retail for $34.
My next item I chose was the Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream & Brazilian 4 Play Moisturizing Shower Gel. As I mentioned in my coffee scrub post previously my cellulite has been bothering me lately. I had read about this product before and wanted to give it a try. The Bum cream is supposed to tighten and smooth your skin. This stuff smells AMAZING and retails for $45.
The last item I chose was the 111Skin Rose Gold Brightening Facial Treatment Masks. I’m not typically a fan of sheet masks but these retail at $160!!! I had to try them. They actually do contain 24K gold which is crazy! There’s 5 masks in the set and honestly, I’ll probably wait until I have some special event to try them out because I don’t want to waste them!
My first surprise item was Living Proof’s Nourishing Styling Cream. I don’t typically use any type of creams in my hair since it’s so straight and thin. I’ll probably try it out when I don’t have to go anywhere but in my experience these kind of products make my hair too greasy. If you had thick curly hair then I think this would be a good product for you. I do love the Living Proof brand and this retails at $28.
The cheapest thing in this box was the Invisibobble Duo Pack. These are rubber scrunchies for your hair. I’ve seen them a lot and I’d just never tried them. I tried it out on my Insta feed last night and I like them! They are small so they hold my hair well. They came in clear and nude colors and retail for $16.
The next item was the Generation Clay Ultra Violet Brightening Purple Clay Mask. Yes, it is actually purple! I love a good clay mask. Those are probably my favorite kind, they are just so good for your face. I’d never tried this brand before but I tried it out last night and I loved it. It’s much thiner than most face masks I’ve tried which is nice because it dries a little faster. It has a very strong lavender smell and I think this one bottle will give me at least 8-10 masks. It cleansed and brightened my face and didn’t leave it feeling dry afterwards. This item retails for $39.
The Grace & Stella Rose Facial Spray was a whole new product that I’ve never heard of or tried. It’s a facial spray to use in the morning before you apply your makeup or throughout the day as a refresher. It helps to calm and moisturize your skin. I could see this being a good product to use during the day while running errands to refresh your face or as a good moisture base before you apply your makeup in the morning. This product smells great and retails for $26.
One of my favorite things I received in this box was the Coola Organic SPF 30 Makeup Setting Spray. This will for sure be my go-to setting spray for the summer. I usually use Urban Decay’s All-Nighter Setting Spray but this one has SPF! I LOVE Coola products. I’ve gotten several samples of theirs in some of my other subscriptions and I always love them. This setting spray is cool and smells like sunscreen! I personally love the smell of sunscreen, just reminds me of happy beach times. I’m very conscious in the summer about applying sunscreen to my face so this setting spray will just be another great layer of protection for my face. This product retails for $36.
The final item was Whish Exfoliating Foot Mask. I received an amazing foot cream from Ahava in my last box and I loved it. I’ve had a few products from Whish before and I wouldn’t say they’re my favorite but they are a nice brand. I have very dry heels, especially in the summer so I’m very excited for anything foot related. This product retails for $ 32.
So I purchased this box for $50 and my whole box was worth $416! I know it seems to have a lot of hype surrounding in but there’s a reason for it! Out of all the boxes I’ve ever gotten this one is hands down the best value. If you sign up between now and July 30th you can use my code BEACHBABE for $10 off your first box!
