Stitch Fix Review

Stitch Fix was actually the first subscription box I ever tried almost 2 years ago. I LOVED my first box and I purchased everything in it! I’m honestly not sure why I never ordered it again. I tried Dia & Co. several times and only bought a few things from them. I think I was mostly worried about the items from Stitch Fix fitting. However, the go up to a size 24! They are very size inclusive and I love that. I re-took the fashion quizzes and requested some date night outfits to get started. I’m really wanting to try new styles and branch out it my fashion choices some. Here’s what they sent me!

This dress it probably my favorite thing in the box. It’s a high low dress, which isn’t my typical go-to style but it looked nice and the back wasn’t too long. I love the neckline, it’s a nice deep V but isn’t too low. The sleeves are a nice length, the cover up the top portion of my arms nicely. The fabric is super soft and stretchy. This was a tad snug but I’m hoping to change that soon ๐Ÿ˜‰ It’s a faux-wrap dress so it has a little tie on the side but it’s sewn in. I personally love that because those ties constantly come undone and this gives you the look of a wrap dress without actually being one! This dress is from Fortune & Ivy, costs $54 and I’m wearing a 2x.

I’ve been dying to try a jump suit since they are SO trendy right now. It’s like Stitch Fix was reading my mind!! This is the SOFTEST material, it really felt like I was wearing a onesie PJ HA! I really love the neckline and the straps on this. It has a criss-cross pattern in the back which is cute. So all that said….I’m just not ready for a jumpsuit. So many women on Instagram just rock them no matter what size they are and I’ll be honest, I’m just not there yet! I’m very short and I carry a lot of my weight in the middle and this jumpsuit just hugs that area. I love this and I think it’s super pretty, just not on me! This jumpsuit is from Loveappella, costs $74 and I’m wearing a 2x.

This dress is a jean dream! It’s so cute, it’s a semi jean material and I just love it. It’s a tea length dress so it comes below my knees a little and I think it would look really cute with some kind of sweater. I love the scallop top, it’s a very feminine touch. Plus it has pockets!! Every girl loves a pocket dress! This fit like a glove and would be a great addition to anyone’s summer wardrobe. This dress is made by Market & Spruce, costs $68 and I’m wearing a 2x.

Both this top and these jeans were from my box. I’ve been sort of in between a size 16 & 18 for a while and lately have been more comfortable in an 18. However, since I’ve been losing some weight I requested a 16 so that if I decided to purchase I could wear them longer. I’m happy to report they fit!! A little snug but we made it on! The jeans we a very nice stretchy material with a nice little design on the back pockets. The main thing I didn’t like about jeans was the bottom. They seemed to be in between a boot cut and a skinny jean and I just wasn’t a fan of the cut. Of course they were too long but that’s typical for me. The top was a nice simple tank. They front was a sheer material but it wasn’t see through, and the back was a soft solid material. The top was OK but I didn’t like how high the collar came up. I prefer not to wear high necked things and that was a little too close for my comfort. This top is made by Papermoon, costs $38 and I’m wearing a 2x. The jeans are from Revery, cost $48 and I’m wearing a 16W.

Let me know what you thought of this box! I would definitely order from them again! Next week I’ll be receiving the Nordstrom Trunk Club box and I can’t wait to share that with you guys!
