The Best Shampoo For Thinning Hair

Posted by

I’ve been looking for something to help with my increasing hair loss. The amount of products out there for this issue is pretty overwhelming. Most times, if you’re unsure of the reason for your hair loss it’s hard to pick the right product. I was nervous to use something because a lot of the product reviews stated that the users hair fell out even more after using the product or that it made their hair extremely dry/brittle.

The salon I go to uses Aveda products and they were super nice and gave me a small sample pack of Aveda’s Invati Advanced System. This system is a trio of shampoo, conditioner, and scalp serum. It took me a while to make the plunge to purchase the full size set because it’s pretty expensive but now I’ll never go back. This system has not only made my hair thicker and reduced fall out but it’s also made it super healthy and shiny. Aveda products use natural ingredients that improve the quality of your hair, not cause more damage.

As I said these products are very expensive but super worth it. There’s a few tricks I use to make the product last longer. First, I use very little shampoo and I only soap up my scalp and roots. A healthy scalp is the key to healthy hair so only scrubbing and washing your scalp and roots is perfectly fine. The rest of your hair does get rinsed/washed out as you rinse out the shampoo. Also, since this is such a high quality product I find that I’m typically able to go at least 3 days in between washes. I have very fine, greasy hair so 3 days for me in amazing!

Mystery full size gift when you spend £40 or more. Use code TRICK or code TREAT.

When you use the serum you use at least 16 squirts, directly on your scalp and rub it into each section. The serum is also supposed to be used everyday, not just after you wash your hair. This keeps your scalp stimulated to regrow your hair.

So far this is the best thing I’ve found for helping my hair regrow and become fuller. I’m a huge fan of all Aveda products!
